How do I get involved?
Well, your first step is determining if the program is covered by your insurance company.  The next step is to find out what is going on in our office and in the community by checking our current schedule to see if any of the programs interests you.  The final step is to call Nutrition Dynamics or register online.

Does my insurance cover it?
It depends on the class you are taking. We accept BCBS of WNY, Univera and Independent Health.

What if my insurance doesn't cover it?
The glory of what we do is we make health adn wellness affordable for everyone!  Prices to go to a single class ranges from $15 to $25 per person.

What classes does my insurance cover?
1.  Blue Cross and Blue Shield of WNY (Traitional Blue, Community Blue, Senior Blue) cover all of our nutritional programs we hold in the community and any of our exxercise!  There are over 40 programs to choose from!
2.  Univera covers all of our nutritional programs and Univera Solutions covers all of our nutritional and exercise programs!! There are over 40 classes to choose from!
3.  Independent Health takes $50 off our the $250 Lite'n Up! fee or you can take 3 classes at no cost:  Be A Fat Detective, Fighting Back With Fiber or Dining Out Lite'n Delicious!

How can I set up a corporate or community program?
To set up a program at your place of business or in your community, all you need to do is contact our office via email or at 633-5577.  Many times our programs cost nothing to the company or to their employees.  We do all the work with your job being to fill the class!  We will set up a date, time, location and send you a list of programs to choose from.  We even send you the promotional materials you need to fill the class. We require 20-25 people to be present if insurance is covering the cost of the program; however, if you are paying for it, the classes can range from $15-25/person.  You can even underwrite the cost of the program and pay for the remainder.  So it may only cost you $15!!!  Call us for more details.

Will you help us establish a wellness board in our office?
Yes, and it is no cost to you.  We don't put a bandaid on health and wellness - we are in this for the long-haul by changing one person at a time!! Call us today so we can help you get started in the steps of starting steps to life-long health and vitality!

How do I register?
Simply register online, contact us via email or call our office to register.  All you need is your health insurance information and a credit card to hold your spot.  We do not charge your credit card, it is only for accounting purposes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR LITE'N UP

How many classes do I need to attend for insurance to cover the cost?
You have to attend  7 out of 10, 8 out of 11, or 9 out of 12. This depends on the total number of sessions offered during the enrolled semester.

How do I know where to makeup a class?
You will be given a class schedule at your first class that lists all the times, dates and locations of all class topics.  You can pick any location to make up for the missed class, just make sure it's the same topic of the one you missed.  

Do I need to call you when I miss a class?
No, just attend an alternate location and sign your name and your original class number on the attendance sheet.  You do not need to notify our office in the event of a makeup class.     

What if a class is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances and will I get credit for class?
You will be notified by phone and will receive credit for class.  Please contact us at 633-5577 to give us all your daytime numbers if not already on file.  For school closings go to WGRZ.com.
