INGREDIENTS

2 Tbs. reduced fat peanut butter
1 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbs. honey
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3 Tbs. water
1 tsp. Powdered ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ cup Low-fat Friendship Cottage Cheese











DIRECTIONS

1. In microwave, heat peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, hot pepper sauce, water, ginger and garlic powder for 2 minutes; stirring once

2. Remove and let cool for 3 minutes

3. Blend with cottage cheese


Serving size: 2 Tbs.
Yield: 6 servings
