SWEET & TANGY COLESLAW
INGREDIENTS

6 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
¼ cup finely chopped scallions
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbs. & 1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbs. seasoned rice vinegar
1 Tbs. honey

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine cabbage, carrots, scallions and
   pepper in a large mixing bowl.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a
   small bowl, stirring until blended.
3. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss
    until thoroughly coated.
