INGREDIENTS

1 can (14 oz.) drained chick peas (reserve liquid)
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. hot sauce
1 ½ tsp. cumin
½ Tbs. fresh garlic, chopped
1 Tbs. sesame seeds
1 Tbs. olive oil (optional)







DIRECTIONS

1. Place all items in food processor. Process using pulse mode, slowly adding back reserved liquid. Process until peanut butter consistency is reached.

2. Adjust seasonings to taste. For flavor variations: roasted garlic, dill, roasted red pepper.
