HOT CHEESE DIP FOR STEAMED VEGGIES
INGREDIENTS
10 oz. low-fat pasteurized cheese spread ¼ cup skim milk ½ tsp. dry mustard powder ½ tsp. hot sauce 1 ¼ cup Low-fat Friendship Cottage Cheese
| DIRECTIONS
1. In a 1 qt. microwave-safe container, combine cheese spread (or cubes) with milk. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for minutes. Add spices and stir.
2. In blender or processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth. Fold into cheese/milk mixture and pour into dipping bowl. Serve with steamed vegetables.
