DILL-ICIOUS POTATO SALAD
INGREDIENTS
2 ½ pounds red skinned potatoes 1 cup plain non-fat Stonyfield Farm Yogurt 1 cup mayonnaise 5 Tbs. fresh-chopped dill 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. salt
| DIRECTIONS
1. Scrub and stream red skinned potatoes until tender. Cool in refrigerator.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and chill
3. When potatoes are cool, cut into bite size pieces and combine with other ingredients. Chill overnight.
