CALICO VEGETABLE DRESSING
INGREDIENTS

½ cup low-fat 1% Friendship Cottage Cheese
1 cup plain Stoneyfield Farm Yogurt (low-fat or nonfat)
¼ medium red pepper minced
1 Tbs. grated carrot
1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Fold in remaining ingredients.

3. Refrigerate overnight.


Serve as a topping for baked potatoes or as a dip for raw vegetables.
