BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN WINGS WITH P-P DIPPING SAUCE
4 fresh chicken breasts
1-cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/3-cup cornstarch
2 egg whites and 1 Tbs. Water (beat together)
Cooking spray
¼ cup hot sauce
½ cup non-fat Italian dressing



PEPPERCREAM-PARMEASAN DIPPING SAUCE:

1. 2 Tbs. sugar
2. ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
3. 1 Tbs. black pepper
4. 2 Tbs. lemon juice
5. ¼ cup light mayonnaise
6. ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
7. ½ cup 1% low-fat Friendship cottage cheese
1.Cut chicken into 1 ½ “ strips. Set aside.

2.In 3 shallow bowls, place separately; cornstarch, breadcrumbs, egg wash.

3.Proceed to dip or roll chicken in cornstarch, egg wash, then breadcrumbs and place on baking tray

4.Spray chicken with non-fat cooking spray and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown

5.Remove and drizzle with mixture of hot sauce and Italian dressing

6.Serve with peppercream-Parmaesan dipping sauce as follows
