BARBECUE SALSA CORN IN THE HUSKS
INGREDIENTS
4 ears of corn 1 cup of salsa
| DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the grill to a medium heat
2. Peel back the husk from the corn and remove the corn silk, leaving the husk attached. Rinse the corn under cold running water to dampen the husks. Brush salsa over the corn kernels. Then pull the husks back over the corn and tie with kitchen string.
3. Grill the corn, covered turning as the husks blacken, for twenty minutes or until piping hot
4. Remove the string and husks.
5. A fat-free compliment to any meal.
