ALMOST MEATLESS MEATLOAF
INGREDIENTS

1 pound dry textured vegetable protein
1 cup dry quick oats
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
4 cups beef stock
2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. hot sauce
5 egg whites   
1 large green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp. salt and pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2. In a separate smaller bowl, wisk all other ingredients together and fold into the dry ingredients as you would a meatloaf or meatball mixture. If too dry, add a little more beef stock.

3. Press into a loaf or muffin pan.

4. Cover with your favorite barbecue or red sauce. Cover with foil and bake ½ hour at 350 degrees 9for a loaf pan) or 15 minutes at 350 degrees (for muffin pan).
